Cracking catalysts
Conducting tests of microactivity of cracking catalysts in fixed-bed units
according to ASTM D 3907, ASTM D 5154, SCT MAT
A complete analysis of cracking gas is carried out, the yield of liquid products is determined based on the analysis according to the ASTM D 2887 method, the yield of coke is determined by oxidative regeneration followed by adsorption.
Available units:
– Lintel MAK 10;
– Grace Davison SCT MAT.
Conducting tests of catalyst samples in a lift reactor on a pilot plant with a moving catalyst bed to obtain data on their activity and yield and properties of cracking products under industrial conditions.
Minimum amount of catalyst sample – 2 l. Catalyst type – microspherical, 40-150 μm in size. Resistant to abrasion and stable at a temperature of 650-700 ℃ and in the presence of water vapor.
Technical specifications:
- reaction temperature: up to 600 °C;
- regeneration temperature: up to 700 °C;
- catalyst/raw material ratio: from 2 to 20 kg/kg;
- raw material consumption: 100-700 g/h;
