Mobile robotic universal platforms for applying metallization, protective and specialized coatings using hypersonic metallization.
- Formation of high density wear-resistant coatings of increased density with a productivity of over 16 kg/h;
- Application of corrosion-resistant coatings over large areas (100 – 1000 sq. meters);
- Using hypersonic metallization instead of galvanic chromium plating;
- Application of coatings to protect housings of radio-electronic equipment from electromagnetic influence;
- Application of steel coatings on aluminum and magnesium details;
- Application of bactericidal coatings;
- Application of decorative coatings;
- Application of heat-resistant coatings.
- The speed of the spray jet ~ 3M ( 1500 m/s);
- The speed of the particles forming the coating is up to 500 m/s;
- The speed of the flow is three times higher than with plasma spraying;
- The adhesion strength to the base is twice as high as with conventional metallization and spraying.

Conventional electrometallization
(jet speed = 170 m/s)

Hypersonic metallization
(jet speed = 1200-1500 m/s)
The adhesion strength to the base is up to 60 MPa, which is twice as high as with conventional metallization and spraying;
Porosity of steel coatings is 1-4% compared to 8-12% for conventional metallization
