Complex solutions for mobile robotic universal platforms for delivering technological impact
To increase efficiency, reduce the time and cost of work, a set of technical and technological solutions has been developed based on the use of modern digital industrial technologies and equipment for their implementation.
Industrial application of RTС:
- Laser surface cleaning;
- Sandblast cleaning;
- Application of paint coatings;
- Application of metallization coatings;
- Application of anti-slip, thermal insulation and anti-freezing coatings;
- Non-destructive testing;
- Other specific technological operations according to the Customer’s specifications.
Principle of action:
- Cable RTС consists of a horizontally moving upper station, a lower station lowered on cables, and a carriage with impact equipment moving along cables.
Application:
- On high, extended, relatively flat vertical planes.
Load carrying attachment:
- Laser Cleaning;
- Sandblast cleaning process;
- Coloring;
- Metallization;
- Machine check.
Features
- High productivity due to high-speed movement of the movable carriage with technological impact equipment;
- Possibility of placing several technological impact organs on the carriage to increase productivity.

Construction of multifunctional RTСs based on the principle of universal platforms for delivering technological impact
- RTCs are designed as a line of mobile platforms for processing the widest possible range of shapes, dimensions, materials and spatial orientations of surfaces;
- RTCs are designed with the possibility of quick installation and replacement of process equipment, which allows using one platform for successive heterogeneous operations according the technological map;
- The “swarm” control concept allows selecting an algorithm for sequential continuous surface processing by two or more identical platforms using different technological attachments according to the order of processing types.
